Lifetime Course Access Disclaimer | Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a Lifetime Course Access package from Claims CE, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Lifetime Access is defined as the period beginning with the issuance of a valid adjuster’s license and continuing until such time as the license holder qualifies for or obtains a continuing education (CE) exemption in their licensing state.
Lifetime Access is defined as the period beginning with the issuance of a valid adjuster’s license and continuing until such time as the license holder qualifies for or obtains a continuing education (CE) exemption in their licensing state.
License-Dependent Access
Lifetime access remains valid only while your state adjuster license is active and unexpired.
License Expiration & Updates
You are responsible for keeping your license expiration date current in your Claims CE account profile.
If your license expiration date is not updated within thirty (30) days of expiration your lifetime access will be forfeited.
Course Credit Limitations
You may only receive continuing education (CE) credit for a course once per licensing term, even if you retake it. After your license expiration date (within 7 days), all courses will be reset.
Filing Fees
Any required state filing fees are included in your initial purchase price—no surprise fees. If filing fees rise, you're already locked in and protected...no increase for you!
Compliance with State Guidelines
Claims CE complies with all state regulations and will update course content and requirements as mandated. If state guidelines change (e.g., increased CE hour requirements), your course access will be updated at no additional cost.
Other
In several states, continuing education (CE) requirements may be waived after 20 years of licensure and consistent renewal. If you have reached your state's CE exemption status and you are no longer obligated to fulfill CE requirements, your lifetime access may be removed.
